  • Introduction & Story

We will begin with a chance to further clarify and communicate your personal story - the highs and lows, the villains and heroes. Telling our story reminds us of who we are, creates context for future change, and invites others to better know us.

  • Central Theme

We will discuss, refine and articulate the central theme of our stories, past and into the future chapters. This will be an opportunity to further clarify your direction and criteria for making major decisions. It will also be a chance to better know and understand the others in the group.

  • Resistance

We will contemplate the hard things that each of us is dealing with, the things that seem to be blocking progress or bringing us down, whether they be internally or externally driven. The outcome will be greater clarity and resolve to step into and through our resistance in the most healthy and productive way.

  • Relationships

We will talk about the quality of our meaningful relationships, and with whom we want to invest more time. This will be a chance to consider the friend groups, community/faith/work involvement, and other key relationships that matter most.

  • Growth

We will consider where and how we each need to grow to be a healthier, more mature and effective version of ourselves.

  • Possibilities & Priorities

We will discuss all the various work, personal, family and community opportunities for your involvement and attention, determining which rise to the top based on your central theme. It's really about what to say yes and no to so your +3 year future self lives the best and most meaningful life.
